below. The remote control runs on one CR2032 battery
(not included). Insert the battery by swiping the battery
compartment to the right to open it, as shown in Figure
3.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To select each function, always
point the remote control at the unit receiver. The device
confirms receipt of the order by making a beep. If you
do not hear the beep, press the button again while
pointing the remote at the receiver until you hear it.
2. Plug the electric cable (12) into the cable socket
(13). Then plug the unit into the mains.
3. Turn the unit on using the main switch (2). You will
hear a beep when it comes on.
4. When the machine is on, press the "P Mode"
button (17) to choose from the 10 programmes on the
Gymform® Vibromax Pro. The selected programme
will be displayed on the programme screen (9):
P1: Massage Programme
P2: Fine-Tuning Programme
P3: Special Buttocks and Thighs Programme
P4: Toning Programme
P5: General Fitness Programme
P6: Advanced Aerobic and Anaerobic Training
Programme (Fartlek Training)

Manual Programme
When the programme screen (9) indicates you are
in manual mode (Pr), you can choose the time by
pressing the "TIME -" button (4) for less time and
the "TIME +" button (3) for more time. If you do not
choose a time, the default time of the session will be
15 minutes. Press the "START" button (5) to start the
exercise. The machine begins on speed 1. You can
increase the speed up to speed 99 using the "SPEED
+" button (6). To reduce the speed, press the "SPEED
-" button (7). The speed screen (10) displays the speed

of the exercise at that time.
To stop the programme, press the "Stop" button (8).
You will hear three beeps to indicate the programme
has stopped. When the device comes to a complete
stop, you will hear five beeps.
In manual mode, to quickly increase the speed,
repeatedly press the Turbo button (18) to go to speeds
20, 50 and 80. Fine-tune the desired speed by pressing
the "Speed +" button (6) and "Speed -" button (7)

each speed level:
When using the device for the first few times,
we recommend starting on low speeds with few
vibrations per minute and gradually increasing the
speed as you continue exercising.
For exercises in the standing position (see Exercise
Guide). When both feet are placed in zone (A) (see
Figure 4), it is like walking. In zone (B), it is like
power walking and in zone (C), it is like running.
Choose the exercise level you want based on the
position of your feet.
The recommended duration of all programmes is 15
minutes.
We recommend doing one session a day.
To do exercises with the elastic bands (16), attach
them to the brackets for elastic bands (15).
To turn off the remote control, press the Power
button (14). Press the Power button (14) to turn
on the remote control. The main switch (2) should
always be turned on. To completely turn the device
on and off, press the main switch (2).
For greater ease of use, keep the remote control
(11) with you while you work out. Use the strap (20)
and adjustable fastener to attach it to your shoulder
or wrist. See Fig. 5.
