Maintenance
We recommend having the Pacojet 2 PLUS serviced by an official PACOJET service partner
at least once a year (after around 2,000 fully processed beakers) (see chapter "18. Customer
service" on page 44).
In order to guarantee a quick and seamless service process, we recommend organizing service
appointments with your official PACOJET service partner in advance. In addition, we also re-
commend returning the Pacojet 2 PLUS in its original packaging along with the pacotizing blade
(9), the protective outer beaker (12), and the spray guard (8).

Defects
If the measures described below do not successfully rectify the problem or if your issue is not
described in the list below, please contact your official PACOJET service partner (see chapter
"18. Customer service" on page 44).
Problem
Pacojet 2 PLUS stops the
pacotizing process, al-
though the desired
amount was not or only
partially processed.
The display shows the "Er-
ror screen".
ERROR
5 sec
SYSTEM ERROR
Pacojet 2 PLUS is not ge-
nerating any overpressure
during the processing cycle.
Cause
The reason for this incomple-
te processing is the overload
of the appliance.
Pacojet 2 PLUS can be over-
loaded because your recipe
is not processed by the ap-
pliance.
Causes for this can be:
•
Frozen food is too cold
(<−20 ° C)
•
Frozen food is thawed
and detached from the
beaker
•
Pacotizing blade is dull
or deformed.
The surface of the spray
guard is not flat. Because the
spray guard ensures that the
food processing system is
sealed, the surface of the ma-
terial on the seal's lips must
be clean and undamaged.
Measure
Switch off the appliance
at the mains switch
and switch on again after
5 seconds. If the PACOJET lo-
go appears on the display and
then the start menu, you can
immediately process further
beakers.
If the display still shows the
"Error screen" after switching
on the mains switch, the me-
chanical overload protection
has been activated.
In this case, contact your ser-
vice partner.
Check the spray guard for any
contamination or damage.
In case of contamination, cle-
an the splash guard. If still no
pressure is built up, contact
your service partner.
