4.2 INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION OF THE COOKER
Installation and assembly of the product must be carried out in accordance with
the user manual and by an authorised person. As our residential wood cooker is
designed for indoor use, it should not be installed in bathrooms, balconies, garden
sheds, basements, woodsheds, etc. The distance between the cooker and the flue
should be kept to a minimum.
4.2.1 Chimney connection
Approved flue pipes must be used to connect the cooker. The flue pipe must be
firmly connected to the intended outlet of the cooker. The flue must be compact
and tight at the connection and along its entire length. After connecting the flue to
the chimney, the remaining spaces around the chimney must be closed with sealing
and fireproofing materials. The installation of the chimney must comply with the
regulations for flue gases, in the case of Spain the Reglamento de Instalaciones
Técnica de Edificios (RITE).
The chimney connection must be carried out for any country according to
DIN4705.
5. OPERATING PRINCIPLES OF THE COOKER
The cooker may only be used by adults. Children must not be left alone with the
cooker. The cooker must only be used in accordance with this manual.
5.1 ADEQUATE FUEL
The cooker is suitable for highly efficient fuels. The fuel approved for combustion
must be dry wood, suitable wood or wood briquettes.
CAUTION: Never use wallpaper, chipboard residues, plastic or treated
wood (paint, coating, etc.) for heating! Otherwise, the chimney and flues
