7. Installation

7.1 Fixing the universal transmitter and built-in contact
IMPORTANT: make sure there is a distance of at least 2 meters between each product, except
between 2 detectors.
The transmitter should be placed:
• inside,
• preferably on the frame of the entrance to be protected at least 1 m above ground level,
• far away from all sources of interference (electricity meters, metal frames, etc.).
Fixing method:
1. fix the base fitted with its anti-tamper pin to the wall using 2 screws A and B,
2. position the cover,
3. insert screw C,
4. position the screw cover.

When the entrance is closed the magnet
holder must be positioned opposite the built-
in normally closed contact (alignment arrows
on base).
If necessary, adjust the detector using one of
the spacers supplied.

If necessary, position a spacer (made of
wood or plastic) underneath the multicontact
detector.

IMPORTANT: if fixing the transmitter to a
metal support, insert a 20 mm thick wooden
or plastic spacer between the base and the
metal frame.
