ADDITIONAL SAFE OPERATIONS INSTRUCTIONS
1. Verify that the speed marked on the wheel is equal
to or greater than the rated speed of the grinder.
2. Ensure that the wheel dimensions are compatible
with the grinder.
3. Abrasive wheels shall be stored and handled with
care in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
4. Inspect the grinding wheel before use; do not use
chipped, cracked or otherwise defective products.
5. Ensure that mounted accessories are fitted in
accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
(see page 5 of this manual).
6. Ensure that the abrasive accessory is correctly
mounted and tightened before use. Run the tool
at no-load for 1 minute in a safe position, stop
immediately if there is considerable vibration or
if other defects are detected. If any defects are
detected, check the machine to determine the cause.
7. Never use the tool without the supplied guard.
8. Do not use separate reducing bushings or adapters
to adapt large hole abrasive wheels; for tools
intended to be fitted with threaded hole wheel,
ensure that the thread in the wheel is long enough
to accept the spindle length.

Before using the angle grinder, familiarize yourself with all the operating features and safety requirements. Use the
tool and accessories only for the applications intended. All other applications are expressly ruled out.
9. Check that the workpiece is properly secured.
10. Do not use cutting wheel for side grinding.
11. Do
not
atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable
liquids, gases, or dust. Power tools create sparks
which may ignite the dust or fumes.
12. The wheel continues to rotate after the tool is
switched off. Never lay the power tools down until
the accessory has come to a complete stop.
13. Always keep the electric tool clean. The vent holes
have to be kept free and there must not be any
contaminant, as e.g. chipping in the holes.
14. Do always handle the electric tool with care and
caution. Grinding discs must never get wet nor
freeze.
15. Do not overload the electric tool. Do only operate it
within the specified range or capacity.
