Troubleshooting

Problem Cause
The pump is not • No power.
working. • Overheating. Water temperature is too high.

If despite making the corrective actions recommended the problems continue,
contact a
Solution
• Double-check the cable and fuse.
• Prevent the cause of overheating. Wait for the
water to cool down.
• Remove obstructions from the ventilation
slots.
• Switch on the FI switch. If it fails again contact
a
Center.
• Contact a
Service Center.
• Double-check there is enough water supply.
• Seal the suction pipe, repair leaks and tighten
all the connections.
• Set the pump not higher than 26,2 ft above the
water container. See page 3.
• Clean or replace filter.
• Clean or replace valve.
• Go to a
Service Center.
• Clean the pump with clear water and remove
any obstructions there are.
• Fill the pump receptacle with water
For suction pipes with check valve, fill the
suction pipe with water.
• Double-check the container and the water
quality.
• Shorten or fasten the suction pipe. Use a filter
shield with a check valve.
• Go to a
Service Center.
