The power tool was designed to polish metal, varnished or
painted surfaces.
While operating the appliance some precautions must be
taken into account:
▪ Always hold the polisher with both hands and with the
auxiliary handle installed;
▪ Do
not
apply
too
workpiece/object. The polisher's weight is enough to
apply the necessary pressure. If speed drops abruptly,
the pressure should be reduced immediately;
▪ Never turn on the polisher if the rotary accessory is
touching the workpiece. The rotating accessory must not
touch the workpiece until the maximum speed has been
reached;
▪ Use special care when working corners or sharp edges.
Prevent the accessory from bouncing or getting stuck in
the workpiece;
▪ The power cord must always be behind the appliance
during operation.
1. Before plugging in the power cord (10), make sure the
ON/OFF switch (11) is in the "OFF" position;
2. Hold the polisher with both hands, one hand on the
handle (9) and the other on the auxiliary handle (6);
3. Press the safety button (8) and then the "ON/OFF" switch
(11) and place the polisher over the surface/workpiece
that will be worked;
4. To turn the polisher off, release the "ON/OFF" switch.

Never press the spindle lock button while operating
the appliance, otherwise it may cause damage to the
polisher.
1. Press the spindle lock button (5) to lock it when you
install or remove accessories;
2. To unlock the spindle, release the spindle lock button.

1. Before start working, set the speed control dial (7) to the
minimum speed position to check if the velcro backing
pad is properly fixed and ensure that the polisher starts
without any trouble;
2. If everything is operational, turn the speed control dial
according to the material, surface and type of work you
want to perform;
3. The speed control dial allows you to set 6 speed levels
(1-6). The speed increases when you turn the dial
counterclockwise and decreases when you turn it
clockwise.
To polish varnishes, paints or scratches, (ex. acrylic glass)
it is possible to use several polishing accessories attached
to the velcro backing plate. It can be used polishing
sponges or felts (not included).
Make sure the polishing pads, felts or sponges are in
perfect conditions and free from dirt.
1. Apply the polishing product over the surface;
2. Start polishing on larger flat surfaces;
3. Uphold the sponge or pad over the surface. Keep an
angle of 15° between the pad or the sponge and the
workpiece surface;
4. Perform regular, crossed or circular movements when
polishing.
Never let the polishing product dry over the surface.
Otherwise, it will damage the surface. Do not expose
the surface to direct
sunlight.
