Following connection with the hygiene flush, the app offers the option of impor-
ting and displaying a flush log for the hygiene flush. The flush log is located on
the Logs tab and is stored in the app. Stored flush logs can also be set as an
email via export. The log lets you track and substantiate the flush history.

6. Handover

If the hygiene flush is commissioned and programmed by the tradesman or if the
commissioner and subsequent operator are not the same person, the hygiene
flush should be handed over and information provided on the hygiene flush.
You can find a template for a handover log in the annex or as a download in the
product database for articles 9300100 or 9300101 at ww.tece.com.

Example of a handover log
Documentation enables you to track which devices are located where and which
passwords are used to secure them. This makes it possible e.g. for the building
manager or facility manager to connect to the devices for maintenance purpo-
ses or to read the logs ― without also having to look inside the cistern.
The handover log can be used to restore the correct values following manipu-
lation or incorrect operation. Comparing the current set programmes in the app
or the flush logs and the handover log makes it possible to identify changes ―
wanted or unwanted.
