The dishwasher water is not
drained
Foam in the interior
The interior is stained
White film on the interior
surface
Twisted or trapped drain
hose.
Blocked filter.
Blocked kitchen sink.
Unsuitable detergent.
Spilled rinse aid.
You may have used detergent
with colouring.
Hard water.
Check the drain hose.
Check the filtering system.
Check the kitchen sink to
make sure it is draining
correctly. If the problem is the
kitchen sink is not draining,
you may need a plumber
instead of the Technical
Service.
Use only detergent special for
dishwashers to prevent foam
formation. If there is foam
forming, open the dishwasher
and let it evaporate. Add
a litre of cold water in the
bottom of the dishwasher.
Close the dishwasher door
and select any cycle. At
the start, the dishwasher
will drain the water. Open
the door after the drainage
to check the foam has
disappeared.
Repeat the process if
necessary.
Always clean spilled rinse aid
immediately.
Make sure your detergent
does not contain colouring.
To clean the interior, use a
soft and damp cloth with
detergent for dishwasher
and use rubber gloves. Never
use any cleaner other than
dishwasher detergent, as this
may cause foaming.
