Service Menus and Software Update:
Software update or Service menu changes should only be done by a trained professional such as a Authorized Installer
(RAI).
To update software: Insert SD card (2gb max) loaded with just software file and power column on. While software is load-
ing the display will show ---. When software upload is complete Height or System ID will display.
Service menus can be accessed when a service card is placed in the memory card slot. Insert SD card after column
startup to avoid programming taking place and remove when service menu access is no longer needed.
To Select a change selecting enter button
press the Cancel
.
H: Maximum Height Limit
Selecting HS sets the maximum height setting. Raise the column to the desired height and Select Enter (ICON). In
operation the column that reaches its maximum height first stops all columns in the system.
Selecting HC clears the maximum height setting. The Maximum Height will default to the Stoke Limit Height until a
new Maximum Height is set.
P: Potentiometer Calibration (String pot)
Selecting PC clears existing values. This should be done in conjunction with immediately setting calibration of the
string pot at both the top and bottom positions.
Selecting PS sets / calibrates the string pot. This needs to be done both when fully lowered and fully raised. The
top calibration also sets the stroke limit and height display calibration.
C: Configuration Recall – Determines column during startup recalls / remembers its column configuration / position / Sys-
tem ID last setting used. Recommend C1 (on) with user confirming configuration at column startup.
Selecting C1 turns configuration recall on (Save/Recall Config at Power Off).
Selecting C0 turns configuration recall off (Erase Config at Power Off).
b: Lowering Beeper (if controls equipped with beeper). b1 (Beeper ON) b0 (Beeper Off). Beeps related to other items not
controlled by this setting.
U: Units displayed: UUS (Display height in inches) or USI (Display height in centimeters).
r: Revision level of the software on the column. Example r16 is revision 16.
