¾ Only use the power packs intended for this
purpose in power tools . Use of other power
packs can result in injuries and fires.
¾ Regularly check all screw or bolt joints to
ensure they have not come loose .

performed to schedule . This ensures that the

Intended use

This tool is intended solely
- as a pole saw for pruning or cutting back branches
on high trees.
- for use in accordance with the descriptions and
safety instructions given in this operating manual.
The pole saw is not designed for commercial
use and may only be used in home gardens and
allotments.
Any other use is classed as an unintended use.
The user is liable for any damages arising from
unintended use.
Avoid using the power tool when the ambient tem-
perature is below 10°C.
Do not use the pole saw to saw branches that are
thicker than the cross-section of the cutting bar.
