- Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, damaged, or dropped
into water. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. Do not wrap the cord around the appliance.
- Never use while sleeping.
- Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administe-
red.
- Do not use an extension cord with this appliance.
- This appliance is hot when in use. Do not let eyes or bare skin touch heated surfaces.
- Do not place the heated parts directly on any surface while it is hot or plugged in.
- The supplier plug on this appliance has one blade wider than the other. It is a polarized plug. As a safety feature,
this plug will fit in polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it
still does not fit contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to bypass this safety feature.
- Always store the complete appliance and cord in a moisture-free area. Do not store it in temperatures exceeding
140°F (60°C).
- Intended for household use only.
- Do not plug or unplug when hands are wet or moist.
- Use handles to avoid scaling. Do not handle from plates. They are hot.
- Do not operate the appliance in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes and/or liquids.
