flammable liquids are stored e.g. Garages or workshops as a hot, arcing
or sparking parts inside the heater.

Don't use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower
or a swimming pool. Never locate the heater where it may fall into bathtub
or other water container.
•
This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns and personal injury, do not
let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving
the product.
•
Be sure that no other appliances are in use on the same electrical circuit
as your product as an overload can occur.
•
This heater is filled with a precise quantity of special oil.
•
Repair requiring opening of the oil container are only to be made by the
manufacturer or his service agent who should be contacted if there is an
oil leakage.
•
Regulations concerning the disposal of oil when scrapping the appliance
have to be followed.
•
The heater should not be used in a room, of which the floor area is less
than 5 M
•
The cord shouldn't be placed nearby the hot surface of the appliance.
•
NOTE: It is normal when the heaters are turned on for the first time or
when they are turned on after having not been used for a long period of
time the heaters may have noise inside, This will disappear when the
heater has been on a short while.
OPERATION OF THE RADIATOR
NOTE: When the radiator is turned on for the first time or after having not been
used for a long time, it may emit a smell and fumes. This will cease when the
radiator has been on for a short while.
1) Choose a suitable location for the radiator, taking into account the safety
instructions above.
2) Insert the plug of the radiator into a suitable power socket.
3) Turn the thermostat knob fully in a clockwise direction to the maximum
setting.
4) Turn on the heating element by means of the rocker switch on the side
panel. When the heating element is on, the power switch will illuminate.
5) When the desired room temperature has been reached, the thermostat knob
should be turned slowly anticlockwise (counterclockwise) until the thermostat
is heard to click off and the light on the power switch is seen to go out. After
that, the radiator will keep the air in the room at the set temperature by
switching on and off automatically.
