Product usage
Basic crepe recipe
Ingredients:
250 g flour
4 eggs (medium size)
500 ml milk
A pinch of salt
50 g vanilla sugar (or plain sugar)
1 tablespoon rum (optional)
30 g butter (for greasing the pan)
Method:
Beat the eggs and sugar until thoroughly combined.
Add the flour and salt.
Gradually whisk in the milk. Do not overwork the batter as this will make it tough and
less light and fluffy.
The batter should be slightly runny. Let the dough rest for at least 10 minutes and ideally
for an hour.
Then mix again. Add a little more milk if the dough is too thick.
