11. When the oil press jams, please press the Start/Pause button and the press Reverse for 5
seconds. The ingredients will be pushed into reverse, unjamming the oil pressing machine.
Press the Start/Pause
button to operate it again. Please keep in mind that if this happens 3 times, it will enter
protection mode and it will not work until stopped and powered again.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. We recommend that you leave the machine to cool down a bit, after
it has been used, but still, the items have to be like warm, so this will
ease your job, the residues will not stick to the metal parts.
2. Remove the protection cover.
3. Unscrew the extrusion shaft with the special spanner included in the
box, in a counterclockwise direction and then take out the outer part.
4. Clean the extrusion shaft and its outer element with a soft towel or
cloth. Corrosive detergent should not be used.
