The warranty for this product is in accordance with the law
in force from the date of purchase. You should, therefore,
keep your proof of purchase during this period. The warranty
covers any manufacturing defect in material or operation, as
well as parts and work needed for their repairing.
Excluded from the warranty are the misuse of the product,
any repairs carried out by unauthorized individuals (outside
the service center of the brand VITO) as well as any damage
caused by the use of it.
We declare, under our sole responsibility, that the product
labelled TRUE COLOR VIEW AUTO - DARKENING WELDING
HELMET with code VIMSEP complies with the following
standards or normative documents: EN 175:1997, EN
379:2003+A1:2009, EN 166:2010, in accordance:
EU 2016/425 – Personal protective equipment
2001/95/EC – General product safety
The Notified Body ECS GmbH, with number 1883 and located
in Hüttfeldstraße 50, 73430 Aalen, Germany performed the
EU type-examination, according to Module B of PPE
Regulation EU 2016/425 and the Directive 2001/95/EC,
issuing the EU type-examination certificate no. C2706.1VITO.
The welding helmet is marked by: VITO 175 B CE (welding
helmet); 4/5-8/9-13 VITO 1/1/1/2/379 CE (automatic welding
filter); VITO B CE (cover plates).
This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole
responsibility of the manufacturer.
