Turning the trimmer head
If you want to use the grass trimmer for edge
trimming, hold the button (9) in and turn the
trimmer head (14) 90 degrees. Release the
button.
Turn the motor unit slightly to the right or
left until it engages in the correct position.
Angling the trimmer head
Press the button (10) and tilt the trimmer
head (14) to the required angle in relation to
the telescopic shaft (6). Release the button
again and tilt the motor unit up or down
slightly until it engages in the required
position.

Use
Take hold of the support grip (5) and handle
(2) so that you are holding the grass trimmer
with both hands.
Press the safety button (4). Press the on/off
button (3) to start the grass trimmer.
If the on/off button and/or safety button is
released, the grass trimmer will stop.
Wait until the trimmer head has reached
maximum speed, then move the trimmer
from side to side with smooth, even
movements to trim the grass to the desired
length.
Tip the grass trimmer forward at an angle of
around 30° during use.
