3.6. Modes:
3.6.1. Click the "ON/OFF/ZERO" button to switch on
the scale.
3.6.2. Click on the "MODE" button to select the
weighing mode. Press once for water, click twice
for milk, click three times for oil and flour times for
flour.
3.6.3. The arrow will indicate what mode you are
using.
3.7. Weighing mode:
3.7.1. Place the scale on a solid and flat surface.
3.7.2. Place the stainless-steel bowl on the scale
before turning on the scale.

3.7.3. Press ON/OFF/ZERO to turn on the scale.
3.7.4. Wait until you see "0" display on the LCD.
3.7.5. Load weighing object on to start weighing, LCD
will show the weight reading.

3.8. Volume mode:
3.8.1. If you are using the CUP unit of measure, then
use the below steps:
a). Place the stainless-steel bowl on the scale. Place
the scale on a solid and flat surface.
b). Press the ON/OFF/ZERO button to turn the scale
on.
c). Wait until the "0" displays on the LCD and press
the MODE button to select your liquid mode. Either
"Water", "Milk" or "Oil".
d). Press the UNIT button to set to the CUP unit.
e). LCD will display the volume of the liquid in the
stainless steel.
3.9. Unit conversion button:
3.9.1. Weight unit conversion:
3.9.1.1. To switch between Metric System (kilo-
grams/grams) and Imperial System (British weights:
pounds/ounces). Press the UNIT button while in
weighing mode.
3.9.2. Volume unit conversion:
3.9.2.1. Select your MODE, example (water mode).
3.9.2.2. Then press UNIT to switch between ml (floz)
and CUP.
