- Página 5 Descrizione della macchina Il generatore di vapore elettrico per la pulizia industriale rende possibile la pulizia e la disinfezione di qualsiasi oggetto in modo facile ed ecologico, anche nei punti più difficili, con o senza l’ausilio di prodotti detergenti. Questo tipo di generatore produce vapore secco e sovrasaturo alla pressione di 10 bar alla temperatura di 180°C.

- Página 9 Regolazione della temperatura Per effettuare la regolazione della temperatura, agire sul termoregolatore, posto sul pannello di comando. Questo apparecchio è munito di un termoregolatore elettronico che permette di controllare e regolare la temperatura (=pressione) in caldaia da un minimo di 3 BAR ad un massimo di 10 BAR. Per ottenere questa variazione di temperatura è sufficiente premere il pulsante (3 +) per incrementare la temperatura o il pulsante (3 -) per decrementare.

- Página 11 Riempimento dei serbatoi di acqua e detergente Per effettuare il riempimento dei serbatoi di acqua e detergente, bisogna agire nel seguente modo: - spegnere la macchina ruotando l’interruttore generale in posizione OFF; - effettuare il riempimento dei serbatoi; Serbatoio detergente AVVERTENZE - Non usare acqua distillata! La macchina non funzionerebbe correttamente.
- Página 12 Arresto della macchina Alla fine del turno di lavoro, per arrestare la macchina occorre: 1) Disattivare - Pulsante di ACCENSIONE CALDAIA - Pulsante di ABILITAZIONE PISTOLA 2) Ruotare in posizione OFF l’interruttore generale posto sul pannello di comando. 3) Scollegare la spina dell’alimentazione elettrica. AVVERTENZE - Se per qualsiasi motivo fosse necessario disarmare tempestivamente la macchina, ruotare l’interruttore generale, posto sul pannello di controllo, in posizione OFF.
- Página 13 Controllo visivo del macchinario Per garantire l’affidabilità della macchina e per prevenire l’insorgere di eventuali problemi, si suggerisce di effettuare periodicamente un controllo visivo della macchina ed in particolare delle parti in movimento. Verifiche che vanno effettuate a macchina spenta dopo aver staccato la macchina dalla linea. In particolare verificare che non vi siano parti a contatto in maniera anomala, che non vi siano sistemi di fissaggio allentati.

- Página 21 WARNINGS - Only use a forklift truck or a crane to lift the machine, since it is not perfectly balanced. - Lift the machine only by means of steel cables or bands duly dimensioned according to the machine weight. - Lift the machine by means of the safety hooks. - No foreign operator must stay or pass in the handling area while the operators responsible for the machine transport will have to keep at a suitable distance to avoid being intercepted by the machine.
- Página 22 Free spaces to be observed For a safe and correct use and an easy 1000 maintenance of the machine, it is advisable to install it in such a position that observes the minimum distances, expressed in millimetres, from the walls or big obstacles shown in the picture.

This machine is equipped with an electronic thermoregulator to check and adjust the boiler temperature (=pressure) from min. 3 BAR to max. 10 BAR. Dieser Dampfreiniger erzeugt trockenen und übersättigten Dampf bei einem Druck von 10 bar und einer Temperatur von 180 °C.

- Página 54 Abschaltung der Maschine Nach Schichtende ist die Maschine wie folgt abzuschalten: 1) Abschalten - Schalter KESSELEINSCHALTUNG - Schalter PISTOLENEINSCHALTUNG 2) Den Hauptschalter am Bedienpult auf OFF stellen. 3) Den Netzstecker ziehen. HINWEISE - Falls es aus irgendeinem Grund nötig sein sollte, die Maschine schnell frei zu schalten, ist der Hauptschalter vorne unten an der Maschine auf OFF zu stellen.
- Página 55 Sichtkontrolle der Maschine Zur Gewährleistung einer hohen Maschinenzuverlässigkeit und Vermeidung möglicher Probleme wird empfohlen, die Maschine regelmäßigen Sichtkontrollen zu unterziehen; dies betrifft insbesondere die Bewegungsmechanismen. Diese Kontrollen sind bei abgeschalteter Maschine vorzunehmen, nachdem die Maschine vom Netz getrennt wurde. Es ist besonders darauf zu achten, dass sich keine Teile anormal berühren und dass sich die Klemmvorrichtungen nicht gelockert haben. Allgemeine Maschinenreinigung Die Maschine jedes Wochenende reinigen und den Staub mit Hilfe von Druckluft entfernen.
