To ensure that a unit has not yet been assigned a code, it is recommended to reset each unit to factory settings
before networking. You can download a video on this via the following link: sebson-

1. Press and hold the TEST button for about 16 seconds. While you hold down the TEST button, the unit
beeps and flashes at regular intervals. After approx. 10s, the LED lights up constantly. Continue to hold
down the TEST button until the LED starts flashing quickly. Then immediately release the TEST button and
press it twice in quick succession.

2. Take a device which you want to network with another device and put it in the transmission mode. Press
and hold the TEST button for approx. 15s until the LED lights up constantly red (The radio smoke alarm
beeps and the LED flashes while the TEST button is pressed). Release the TEST button immediately
afterwards. The LED lights up for approx. 30 seconds. During this time, up to 15 radio smoke detectors can
be networked together. Note: To end the transmission mode prematurely, press the TEST button: The LED
stops lighting up and a short beep sounds.
3. While the first unit is in transmitting mode for approx. 30 seconds (LED lights up solid red), take another
unit and press and hold the TEST button for approx. 2 seconds until the LEDs of the two units flash in quick
succession. After successful networking, the LED of the networked unit starts beeping for approx. 1 minute.
This is a test alarm that serves to check the function and must not be interrupted!
4. To network additional units, repeat steps 1-3.
5. Afterwards, check whether the units are properly networked by carrying out a function check. Perform this
at least 30 seconds after the last test alarm! To do this, press and hold the TEST button of any unit. If the
alarm sounds after approx. 30 seconds for all networked units, the networking was successful. To end the
function check, release the TEST button. The other units stop beeping after a maximum of one minute.
Caution: If the alarm tone does not sound for all units, repeat steps 2 and 3 with the affected unit and carry
out a function check again. If the function check is again unsuccessful, perform a RESET of the unit and
check the batteries. Repeat steps 1-3.
