Possible Cause
Not plugged in using diff erent voltage.
The circuit breaker tripped or a blown fuse.
Check the temperature control setting.
External environment may require a higher setting.
The drawer is opened too often or was not closed
completely.
The door seal does not seal properly.
The device does not have the correct clearance.
Device is over fi lled.
When used for the fi rst time, it can take up to 24 hours
until the operating temperature is reached.
Check to assure that the device is level.

Contact the customer service.
Room temperature is lower than desired temperature.
The surface of wine cabinet especially the door appear
some frost if item in a damp room. This is due to the
moisture in the air coming into contact with the de-
vice. Please wipe it away with dry cloth.
