Intended use / guarantee
The pneumatically operated pressurised air oil pumps 1, 3 and 5 are suitable for decanting and
filling of motor, gear and hydraulic oils. The pumps are fully automatic and function as soon as
the pressure line is opened. The pumps are used for various applications in accordance with the
3 pressure ratios.
Pump 1 with pressure ratio of 1:1 for high delivery rate at low line resistance.
Decanting of low-viscosity oils (hydraulic oils) over short conveying distances up to

approx. 8m.
Pump 3 with pressure ratio of 1:3 for high delivery rate at medium line resistance.
Decanting and filling of oils with low and medium viscosity (hydraulic and motor oils) over
−
medium conveying distances up to approx. 20m.
Pump 5 with pressure ratio of 1:5 for high delivery rate at high line resistance.
Decanting and filling of oils with medium and high viscosity (motor and gear oils) over long
−
conveying distances over 20m.
If oils (particularly used oils) with high levels of abrasive particles (metal dust, sanding dust,
etc.) are pumped, then a fine filter must be retrofitted in the suction line of the pump.
Any other use as well as modification or alteration of the installation and pump is only permitted
after consultation with the manufacturer.
Not suitable for water, chemicals and corrosive media
If used as intended and in accordance with the instructions, we are liable under the statutory
warranty. The invoice from your dealer with the date of purchase must be enclosed with
warranty claims.

Assembly and delivery
The structure, including the individual components, is depicted on page 3. The pumps function
fully automatically when pressurised air is pending and oil return line is open.
The scope of delivery is shown in the order confirmation.
