Operating instructions for pressurised air oil pumps

Installation
Screw suction tube into the oil inlet of the pump.

Screw pump with suction tube into the R2" nozzle of the tank.

Assemble oil filler gun and pressure hose at the oil outlet of the pump.

Connect air connection to the air pump and ensure that no more than 8 bar of air pressure
−
at the pump is pending.
Check all connections for a firm fit and leaks before starting the system.
The system is now operational.

Once the air supply is established, the pump independently sucks in the oil. Vent the
−
pressure hose during initial installation of the system by operating the filler gun. Upon
reaching the maximum pressure the pump switches off and is ready for use.
When the system is not in use turn off the air supply.

Observe safety instructions.

Maintenance and care:
Maintenance, inspection and repair work must only be performed by qualified personnel.
The air link is to be removed before any repair or maintenance work, and after each use,
furthermore relieve oil pressure on the delivery hose by pressing the trigger lever on the gun.
Regularly check the pressure-bearing components (high pressure hose) for any damage or
wear. Defective parts must be replaced immediately with genuine parts.
Ordering spare parts:
When ordering spare parts the following information is required:
Type specification, name of the ET, order number.
Request the appropriate spare parts list if necessary.
The following maintenance periods should be strictly observed to ensure trouble-free operation.
