3. Insert a new filter.
4. Screw the sensor cap (fig. 3 1, page 3) clockwise onto the sensor
head.

Replacing the batteries
1. Replace the batteries when the green LED (fig. 2 3, page 2) does not
light up.
2. Gently push down the lid of the battery compartment on the back and
slide it open in the direction of the arrow.
3. Insert the new batteries (3 x type C) in the battery compartment. Make
sure the polarity of the batteries is correct.
4. Close the lid of the battery compartment.

Do not use sharp or hard objects or cleaning agents for
cleaning as these may damage the product.
Do not clean the sensor with water.
➤ Occasionally clean the product with a damp cloth.

For repair and warranty processing, please include the following documents
when you send in the product:
A copy of the receipt with purchasing date
A reason for the claim or description of the fault
Note that self-repair or non-professional repair can have safety conse-
quences and might void the warranty.
