must be reported to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member
State in which the user and/or patient are/is domiciled.
Care instructions
• Before washing, take the pads out of the orthosis.
• Soak the pads in lukewarm soapy water.
• Squeeze the water out of the pads and dry away from any heat sources.
• All plastic parts can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

Usage prévu
L'Ortel C4 Vario est une orthèse pour la colonne cervicale utilisée à des fin de stabilisa-
tion. Cette orthèse ne doit être utilisée que sur la colonne cervicale.
Indications
Traitement post-opératoire, spondylarthrose sévère, syndrome cervical sévère,
relâchement de la structure de la colonne vertébrale, hernie discale cervicale
Contre-indications
Les blessures cutanées ou les maladies cutanées situées dans la zone en contact avec
l'orthèse.
Effets secondaires
Jusqu'à présent, aucun effet secondaire n'a été constaté lors d'une application
correcte.
Mise en place de l'orthèse
L'orthèse Ortel C4 Vario nécessite un ajustage qualifié et individuel au patient
par du personnel spécialisé. Au moins deux personnes doivent être présentes
pour le premier ajustage de l'orthèse : une personne tient la tête et le cou du
