NOTE: After cleaning, inspect the condition of the
mesh filter. If the mesh filter is clogged with dried
paint, has started fraying or has deformed out of
shape, it will need to be replaced.
7. To re-assemble the spray gun (6), follow the pro-
cedures mentioned above in reverse direction.

14. Storage and transport
Store the equipment and accessories out of children's
reach in a dark and dry place at above freezing tem-
perature. The ideal storage temperature is between 5
and 30 °C. Store the electric tool in its original pack-
aging.
m ATTENTION! The appliance must uncondi-
tionally be secured against falling or turning
down during transport.
The machine must only be lifted and transported on
its handle.
14.1 Long-term storage
Follow all cleaning procedures after each use.
Ensure the unit is thoroughly cleaned before
storing to prevent build-up of dried paint which
may cause blockages and stop the unit from
working.
1. Perform all cleaning procedures.
2. Remove the spray hose (1)
3. Remove the suction hose (11) from the suction
hose inlet port (15) using a flathead screwdriver to
loosen the screw on the metal hose clamp suction
hose inlet port (16).
4. Remove the return hose (10) from the return hose
inlet port (20) using a flathead screwdriver to loos-
en the screw on the metal hose clamp return hose
inlet port (21).
5. Turn the machine upside down. Add 30 mls of
household oil or pump protector oil into each inlet
port.
6. Set the prime/spray lever (19) to "spray" position
7. Turn the pressure control dial (9) to the "low
spray" setting.
8. Hold a rag over the spray hose outlet port (18).
9. Switch on the machine for 5 seconds by press-
ing the "I" on the On/Off switch (14). then switch
off the machine by pressing the "0" on the On/Off
switch (14).
10. Set the prime/spray lever (19) to "prime" position.
11. Replace the suction hose (11) using a flathead
screwdriver to tighten the screw on the metal
hose clamp suction hose inlet port (16).
12. Replace the return hose (10) to the return hose in-
let port (20) using a flathead screwdriver to tighten
the screw on the metal hose clamp return hose
inlet port (21).
13. Wipe the sprayer housing with a clean dry cloth.
14. Store the sprayer and its accessories in a clean,
dry location, out of the reach of children.
