4 Attach the pink connector (1) on the DECG Adapter Cable (M1362B) to the ECG pink connector (2)
on the patient module (M1364A).

5 Fix the patient module to the patient's belt using the fixing knob (3).
6 Connect the patient module to the appropriate ECG socket on your monitor, as described in the
monitor's Instructions for Use.
Using the M1364A ECG Patient Module to Monitor MECG
NOTE: To obtain a
satisfactory maternal ECG
waveform you must use
the RA to LL 2-lead
position of the standard
5-lead ECG.
1 Connect each lead on the MECG adapter cable (M1363A) to a pre-gelled electrode (2).
2 Peel the backing from the electrodes and apply them to the patient.
