Once all the connections are made and the LED tape lights are in place, plug-in to
the power source and the lights are ready to use.
Remote Operation
The remote control is divided into 2 parts: color light and white light. The top 24
buttons control the intensity and color variations of the light output. Use the "ON"
button in this section for color light. These 24 buttons change colors, brighten and
dim the light output. To operate brightness and dim, hold down the button until
reaching the desired light output. The middle 8 buttons in the white section control
the brightness and intensity of white light output. To operate the brightness and dim
feature, hold down the buttons until reaching the desired light output. The 8 buttons
at the bottom control festive, changing light by cycling through color with varing
degrees of fades and jumping light changes. The maximum operating distance of the
remote control with new batteries is approximately 20 ft. (7 m) with a direct line of
sight between the remote control and the IR receiver on the IR controller.

Connect the power cord to the IR controller as
shown (Fig. 17) and then connect the IR controller
to the LED tape light by lining up the arrows
molded into the top of each plug ends of both the
power cord and the LED tape light (Fig. 18).
Remove the backing liner carefully as to not
accidentally peel away the clear sticky film used
to mount the LED tape light (Fig. 19) and place in
desired position. Carefully apply pressure to the
entire length of the LED strip light to ensure proper
adhesion. The IR controller can be affixed to the
mounting surface or nearby wall with double stick
foam tape (not included). Once the strip light is
mounted, do not reposition it. Doing so will reduce
the adhesiveness of the strip backing.
