1. Introduction
1.1. About this manual
This manual is a combined user/operation and maintenance manual.
It is applicable to all models found in point 4.
1.2. Important information
Read Working Instructions
Read these instructions carefully before handling the product.
If these instructions are not kept, could result in damage to your new tank and/or body injury.
Before connecting the tank, check that your mains voltage corresponds to that is indicated on the label.
Do not use the tank if it does not work properly or is damaged, or if the power cable or plug is defective
Tank is intended just for professional use only.
DO NOT operate tank without properly filling with water.
Fill tank with water to the prescribed level before plugging into an electrical receptacle.
Operating the appliance without water may result in damage to the motor.
Improper use of the tank can cause injury. Use the tank only for the purpose described in this manual.
The turbine is top-heavy. Improper handling can cause injury or damage. Handle the turbine with care.
Connection improper items to the tank can cause injury to persons and damage to product. Use only
Ortotecsa approved items in tanks.
Never immerse the product in water or use in close proximity to it.
Do not use the tank near a bathtub, shower or with wet hands. Should any part of the product was wet,
reject the use.
For cleaning proceed as it is mentioned in conservation section of this manual.
Do not cover the product during use.
Don't stack tanks with other products.
Use the tank on flat and stable.
Keep a safe distance bigger than 80 centimetres, between tank and potentially flammable objects.
Turn off the tank and unplug from the mains before cleaning or maintenance.
Do not sleep with the product connected.
Persons with disabilities, disabled, handicapped or sick children should not use this product without direct
adult supervision.
It should not be used under the influence of alcohol, sleeping pills or sedatives.
If you are carrying a pacemaker or similar cardiovascular device, we recommend you always check with
your doctor before using the product.
Should you experience pain or unpleasant sensation during use, stop using and consult your doctor.
Don't locate the tank for the treatment in such way be difficult unplug it from the outlet if was necessary
by fails
When the tank has reached its life time should be disposed according to the local government laws. Please
get in contact with the local authorities for more information.
There are no special environmental conditions for the use. An indoor environment is perfect for the use.
Nevertheless the recommendation is: temperature of 25-28º, humidity between 30-50%, Atmospheric
pressure: 1000-1025hPa-mb
Don't manipulate or open the unit: it is not allowed except by the manufacturer personnel.
The Mains cable must NOT be replaced. Only manufacturer is allowed to do it.
