This receiver can be controlled wirelessly by a
minimum of 1 and a maximum of 6 Trust Smart
home transmitters. For example, 16-channel
remote control AYCT-102, wireless wall switch
AWST-8800, etc.

C. Notes on operation of AMU-500
This receiver must be supplied with mains power
(230V, 50 Hz).
The switch in the module, the contacts of which
are labelled 'COM' and '
the 230V AC supply and are potential-free. You
can switch various types of voltage (230VAC,
12-24VDC, etc.).
After sending an on or off signal with a
Trust Smart home transmitter, the 'COM' terminal
is connected to or disconnected from the '
terminal.

1. Switching off the mains power
Always switch off the mains power first
(in the meter cupboard) before you begin to
install or remove this product.
2. Removing existing wall switch
Remove the existing switch.
3. Pulling in blue wire
To install the universal switch you need a
blue wire. You can pull in a new one, from the
ceiling box, using a fish tape.
Use a push-wire connector (or wire nut) to
connect a new blue wire to the existing blue wire
and pull it to the wall box with the fish tape.
If in doubt, consult an installer.
4. Connecting to mains power
Connect the universal switch to the mains power
as follows: Connect the (brown) phase wire to
terminal 'L'.
Connect the (blue) neutral wire to terminal 'N'.
Then tighten the clamping screws.
The 230V mains power must always be
connected as described. Wire colours may differ
in practice. Consult an installer if you have any
doubts about wire colours.
