Possible cause Solution
1. Follow the steps to restart the
appliance detailed in the Temperature
Limit Control section.

connections.
2. Call a qualified maintenance
technician to replace the flame motor.
3. The flame rod is not well placed,
due to a sudden transfer or handling of
the product. To solve this problem, it is
enough to remove the glass, put the
chimney upside down, remove the
screws that hold the bottom of the
frame plate and place the flame rod
correctly.

if the wiring has loose connections;
