take them to your nearest Louis Vuitton store. The personnel there will assist you, and if necessary
and possible, arrange for the Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones to be repaired.
• Always carry the charging case in its travel pouch.

Exposure to liquid
The Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones have a water and sweat resistance rating of IPX4
under IEC standard (Protects from splashing water, no matter the direction).
The following may affect the water resistance of the Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones
and should be avoided as it may cause damage to your Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones
and may void the International Limited Guarantee and/or US Limited Warranty:
• Submerging the Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones in water.
• Dropping the Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones or subjecting it to impacts.
• Exposing the Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones to pressurized water or high velocity water,
for example, water skiing, wake boarding, surfing, jet skiing, and so on.
• Using the Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones in a hot or humid environment, such as a shower,
