• an attempt to modify product's software has been performed; or
• where the serial numbers, date stamp or original case back have been removed, modified, falsified,
altered, replaced, erased, defaced or made illegible.
If one or the above-mentioned items are observed upon inspection by Louis Vuitton, then Louis Vuitton
Horizon Earphones will not be covered by this US Limited Warranty.
In addition, this US Limited Warranty will not apply to normal wear and tear, such as the wear
and aging of your Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones due to normal usage, including any material
surface degradation due to the normal usage of the product, scratches on the exterior of the device,
dust intrusion or degraded surfaces, change of color of parts due to exposition to solar radiation
or contact with any chemical substance, or to degradation of autonomy performance due to battery
normal aging after one year.
This US Limited Warranty does not apply to software (whether provided by Louis Vuitton
or by a third party).
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, WILL LV OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES HAVE
ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY
SOFTWARE THAT INTEROPERATES WITH YOUR LOUIS VUITTON HORIZON EARPHONES,
INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) FOR: (1) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE,
(2) LOSS OF PERSONAL ITEMS THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF SUCH PERSONAL ITEMS
IN CONNECTION WITH THE LOUIS VUITTON HORIZON EARPHONES OR MALFUNCTION
OR FAILURE OF THE LOUIS VUITTON HORIZON EARPHONES, OR (3) ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
