The Medline Portable Bath Bench is designed for a user to sit
on, inside the bathtub, to help bathe or shower in comfort.
Be sure to read all instructions and safety information
before using the Bath Bench. If you have questions about
using this product safely or transferring to and from the
bath, please consult with a healthcare professional.
MAINTENANCE
Periodic visual inspection of this Bath Bench is recommended
to ensure that all parts and hardware are secure, that
components are in good working order and not worn,
torn, frayed, or loose, and that there are no obstructions
or impediments to normal, safe operation. If any part or
mechanism appears to be unsafe or damaged, do not use
the product. If you experience problems, please contact
Medline at 1-800-MEDLINE, 1-800-268-2848 Canada.
ASSEMBLY:
Inspect all parts for possible
damage before assembling.
If there is any damage -
DO NOT USE. Contact
dealer/carrier for further
instructions.
1. Remove contents from
box, making sure you have
all parts shown. (Figure 1)
2. Line up handle and use
screws to secure handle
to the board from the
underside. (Figure 3)
3. Insert a screw through the
slot at each corner of the
bench and loosely attach to
a support post. (Figure 4)
There must be one support
post in each slotted corner
of the Bath Bench.
4. To size properly, slide each
post until it touches the
inside walls of the bath.
