h) LIGHTING THE BARBECUE BURNERS
Your barbecue is equipped with a STOPGAZ system. This
safety system automatically shuts off the gas flow to the
burner when the burner flame is blown out (wind etc.).
- Open the lid.
- Make sure that the control knobs are in the "OFF"

- Open the gas cylinder valve.

Lighting the burner manually

- Turn on the gas supply (valve or lever on the regulator).

The hot plate can be used alone or at the same time as
the grill.
Lighting:
- Open the gas cylinder valve.
- Check gas circuit sealing from the frame to the hot plate
(see § f).
- Open the hotplate lid and retract it to the back of the
hotplate, sliding it in the grooves at the side.

LIGHTING OF THE CONSOLE (depending on the
model)
The lighting system of the console is powered by 4 type
AA (LR06) batteries provided with the barbecue grill. The
battery box is located on the front right-hand leg, behind
the right door. Remove the cover of the battery holder box
by sliding it upwards. Insert the batteries while respecting
the polarities indicated and then replace the cover.
To turn the lighting on or off, press on the stop-
start button located to the left of the console and
identified by this pictogram.
m) SIDE HOTPLATE GRILL
(depending on the model)
Your barbecue's side hotplate may be equipped with 2
types of grill: a flat or corrugated grill.
Install the one you want to use on your hotplate's
saucepan stand. Light the hotplate and take advantage of
an additional grill surface.
You can adjust the hotplate's temperature by adjusting the
flow to the hotplate burner by setting the control knob to

).
n) REPLACING THE GAS CYLINDER
- always work in a well ventilated area and never in the
presence of a flame, spark or heat source.
