Note: If the appliance has been moved from another
room, wait for the sensor to stabilize for about 10 minu-
tes, to take actual readings of temperature and humidity
in the room.

2. Press the POWER button to start the unit.

With the HUMIDITY selector, program the % of
Relative humidity required in the room. The set-

ting range is between 45-90% RH with variations
of 5%.
If the RH in the room is lower than the desired RH, the unit
starts running. Otherwise, if the RH in the room is already
above the desired RH, the unit is in standby mode. At the
time that the RH drops below the programmed HR, the
unit will automatically operate.
Continuous operation mode (CO). If this mode is selected,
the device will generate humidity permanently, regard-
less of humidity level in the room.

By MAX-MIN control, you can select three humi-
dity fl ow rates. The two light columns of the dis-
M A X- M IN
play indicate the selected fl ow rate (Maximum/
Medium/Minimum).
If the RH of the room is below the desired RH, select the
maximum fl ow.

With TIMER control, you can program the device
operating time between 1-12 hours. After this
T IM ER
time, the unit will stop automatically.
The display will intermittently indicating the remaining
time.

When the water tank is empty, this symbol appears
in the display. When the water tank is empty, the
same symbol fl ashes and the appliance emits an
audible warning signal.
Note: It is recommended to clean the appliance following
the recommendations in the section MAINTENANCE, be-
fore fi lling the water tank again.
5. REMOTE CONTROL
• Using the remote control, you can control and program the
humidifi er.
• Before using the remote control for the fi rst time, remove
the plastic fi lm that protects the battery.
• Always point the remote control at the receiver located at
the front of the screen.
• The remote control can work at a distance from the recei-
ver up to about 3 metres, always check there are no obsta-
cles that distort communication.
• Ensure that the battery of the remote control is correctly
located. When replacing the battery, make sure it is the
same type.
• The remote control should not be exposed to shock, mois-
ture and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
• Do not misuse the remote control.
6. MAINTENANCE
• Before any cleaning or maintenance on the appliance, dis-
connect the appliance from the mains.
• Clean all areas that come into contact with water regularly
(twice a week) with a damp cloth, including the transducer
and the steam generation pipe. Do not use detergents as
they could damage the transducer.
• How to clean the transducer : Place 5-10 drops of vine-

gar on the transducer and wait 10 minutes. Using a small
brush, remove lime scale carefully. Then fi nish with clean
water.
• Clean all areas that come into contact with water regularly
(twice a week) with a damp cloth, including the transducer
and the steam generation pipe. Do not use detergents as
they could damage the transducer.
Note: Do not use a screwdriver or other sharp tool to re-
move the lime scale embedded in the transducer.
• Clean the outside of the humidifi er regularly using a damp
cloth.
• Monthly, clean the active ceramic balls that act as fi lters.
Remove the mini water tank of balls, unscrewing the cap
of the tank. Dip the mini tank in a glass of vinegar for about
10 minutes. Then rinse with water and let dry in the sun.
• Make sure the humidifi er is clean and dry and the water
tank is empty before storage.
DO NOT USE DETERGENTS OR ABRASIVE CLEANERS TO
CLEAN THE APPLIANCE.
7. REMOVAL FROM SERVICE, DISPOSAL
AND RECYCLING
EU regulations and our commitment to future ge-
nerations oblige us to recycle used materials; plea-
se remember to dispose of all unwanted packaging
materials at the appropriate recycling points, and to
drop off obsolete equipment at the nearest waste
management point.
