1. SAFETY
1.1 IDENTIFICATION OF WARNING

1.2 GENERAL POINTS
This operating and installation manual
contains important instructions to follow for
the fitting, operation and maintenance of
the Sanipump pumping station. Following
these instructions is essential for safe
operation and prevents injury and property
damage.
1.3 INTENDED USE
Only
use
the

operated in technically perfect condition.

fluids described in this documentation.

2. TRANSPORT/DISPOSAL
2.1 TRANSPORT
• Transport the pumping station in a vertical
position.
• Never hang up the pumping station by the
electric cable.
2.2 DISPOSAL
The device must not be disposed of as

3. DESCRIPTION
3.1 APPLICATION
Sanipump SLD 700 is a sewage and rainwater
lifting pump for all types of sewage and
rainwater, specially developed for individual
and commercial use.
It can be installed in concrete manholes or pits.
Authorised pumped fluids:
The following liquids are allowed in discharge
systems:
• wastewater: grey water and balck water
(containing faecal matter and toilet paper)
• Rain water.
Unauthorised pumped fluids:
The following liquids and substances are
banned:
• Solid materials, fibres, tar, sand, cement, ash,
in
coarse paper, hand towels, wipes, cardboard,
rubble, rubbish, slaughterhouse waste, oils,
this
hydrocarbons, greases, etc.
• Wastewater containing harmful substances
(for example, untreated greasy waste from
restaurants).

3.2 OPERATING PRINCIPLE
When the effluent level contained in the
concrete inspection chamber or the tank where
the Sanipump SLD 700 is installed is sufficient,
the sensor (e.g. float switch) triggers the lift
pump. .
The effluent is automatically lifted and flows
into the sewer.
The sewage is discharged in at least DN50 (2").
