DELETE FUNCTION

Delete MP3 tracks

The system can delete previously recorded MP3 or existing files.

1. In USB or SD card playback mode, press and hold REC/ERASE /

stopped and will be deleted.

2. The message ―delete― will be displayed.

TROUBLESHOOTING

There is no Power

Make sure the plug of the power cord is plugged in properly into the wall outlet.

Check if the red STAND BY INDICATOR light is still on.

If the red Standby Light is on, press the POWER /

There is No Sound coming from the unit

Check that the Volume is turned up enough by pressing the VOLUME + /

Note: Volume range on some units starts at level 15 and ends at level 40

Make sure the Mute function is turned off.

Check to make sure the Power is turned on.

The lights are not on / do not change colour

Check to make sure the POWER /

CD does not play

Check to make sure the CD is inserted correctly (label side facing up).

Check to see that the CD surface is clean. Only wipe with a soft lint free dry cloth. Do not use detergents.

Make sure the Function Switch is set to CD mode.

USB - There is no music playing when PLAY/PAUSE (USB) is pressed

Make sure the MP3 device/Flash Drive contains MP3 music files.

The unit will only play Flash Drives with 512MB – up to 4 GB flash memory

Reset USB by switching the unit off or switching to another Mode.

Check if the device contains WMA music files. The unit does not play WMA format, only MP3 format.

AUX-IN - There is no music playing when PLAY/PAUSE is pressed

Make sure the MP3 device or other Audio Unit connected has been switched on.

The connected unit will only play when operated by its own controls, although the Volume can be controlled by adjusting the

volume on the main unit or the Remote control.

The Remote is not working

Check the battery charge level and replace the battery if necessary.

Be sure to point the remote towards the remote sensor when operating.

Remove obstacles in the path of the remote and the unit so the remote signal has a straight path to it.
