17. Pull the front part of the belt out through the right
side of the articulation of the product.
18. Remove the belt from the hook on the center pulley.
19. Pull the drive belt out.
20. Attach a new drive belt in the opposite sequence.
Make sure that the drive belt for the cutting deck is
attached as the illustration shows. Make sure that it is
put correctly in the adjuster pulley, identified by an arrow
in the illustration.

To put the cutting deck in servicing
position
WARNING:

1. Pull the switch for the electric lift to lift the cutting
deck. Lift the cutting deck fully until you hear a
pattering sound.
Note:
The pattering sound from the frame tunnel
does not mean that the product is defective.
2. Release the clip on the front cover with the tool
attached to the ignition key, and remove the cover.
3. Set the cutting height lever in position 1 (S). Refer to
To adjust the cutting height on page 22 .
