4. Loosen the locknuts on the lift stay.
5. Turn the adjustment nut on the lift stay to adjust the
length of the lift stay. Increase the length to lift the
rear edge of the cover. Decrease the length to lower
the rear edge of the cover.
6. Obey the instructions in
parallelism of the cutting deck on page 36 .
7. Tighten the locknuts on the lift stay when the length
of the lift stay is correct.
8. Loosen the locknuts on the height adjustment stay.
Turn the clevis joint to adjust the length of the height
adjustment stay. Align the clevis joint with the hole
on the frame of the cutting deck. Install the clevis
joint to the frame of the cutting deck.

adjust the cutting height on page 22 .
10. Tighten the locknuts on the height adjustment stay.
11. Install the front cover.

2. Remove the 2 bolts that hold the lock bracket on the
cutting deck frame.
3. Remove the lock bracket and remove the protection
