• The appliance must only be connected to
correctly installed and earthed power sock-
ets. Make sure the power rating for your
local power supply matches the details on
the appliance's rating plate.
• To avoid potential risks, damaged pow-
er cables must be replaced by Prozis, its
customer service department or a similarly
qualified person.
• Do not expose the appliance to rain, and
never use it in damp or wet environments.
• Make sure the power cable never becomes
wet during use.
• Never immerse the device structure in wa-
ter or other liquids! There is a risk of poten-
tially fatal electric shock if residual moisture
comes into contact with components during
operation.
• Always grasp the plug when handling the
power cord. Do not pull the cord and never
touch the power cord with wet hands. This
can result in either short circuit or electric
shock.
• Do not place the appliance, any furniture

items or similar objects on top of the power
cord, and take steps to ensure that it cannot
become jammed or caught in any way.
• Do not open the appliance housing nor
attempt to repair or modify the appliance.
If the housing is opened or any improper
modifications are made, you risk a potential-
ly fatal electric shock and the warranty will
be voided.
• Protect the device from water drops or
spray. Do not place liquid-filled containers
(e.g., flower vases) on or near the appliance.
• Unplug the appliance when not in use,
while being assembled or disassembled,
when unattended, after use, and before
each cleaning.
• All detachable parts must be completely
dry after cleaning, and only then assembled.
