Fixing the SOUND PROJECTOR to the
FLOOR STAND 5 MU
The adapter plate is shown in the fi gures 7 to 12 opposite.
The horizontal position of the SOUND PROJECTOR can be set
later at the points marked with arrow "a" and "b" in fi g. 8. This
is done by turning in the screws which lifts the adjusting levers
(fi g. 8, arrow c).
Turn the locking screw (page 8, fi g. f) 3 or 4 turns into the ad-
apter plate. See the position marked by arrow "d" in fi g. 8. This
protects the SOUND PROJECTOR fi xed to the FLOOR STAND 5
MU from coming unhooked accidentally.
Fix the spacing plate with the serrated washers and screws as
shown.
Start drilling the holes at the top right and bottom left. These
hole diameters are slightly smaller and serve for positioning the
adapter plate.
Tighten the 6 screws with a torque
of approx. 2 Nm.
Turn in the two screws for horizontal adjustment of the SOUND
PROJECTOR until the adjusting levers are touching the SOUND
PROJECTOR (can no longer rattle). Adjusting levers not touching
the sound projector cause unpleasant background noise later
when operating the SOUND PROJECTOR.
