- Bleed the air from the hydraulic unit (see corresponding section).
- Check that the screws and nuts are tight.

Likely cause and solution
1. The lowering bolt is not tight.
- Turn the lowering bolt to the right until tightened.
2. There is air in the jack:
Bleed the jack (see corresponding section).
3. The oil level is too low.
- Arrange for the jack to be inspected by a
technician. When filling oil, the properties of the
hydraulic fluid and the fill levels must be observed.

5. The hydraulic system is clogged with dirt.

8. The return spring is worn out or loose.
- Lubricate all moving parts of the lifting device
on a regular basis and clean or replace the return
spring.
