Rooms are too cold / too warm. What should I do?
"MENU" key > "Settings" > "Heating" > "Heating circuit x"
If several heating circuits are installed in your system, refer to the table in the "Information" chapter or ask your qualified contractor
which heating circuit the room belongs to.
Different temperatures can be defined for each heating circuit.
Menu
Function
Comfort temperature
The "Comfort temperature" is preset and can be changed. Without a time program, the heat pump heats
the rooms to "Comfort temperature".
ECO temperature
The "ECO temperature" is used for the time programs. The "ECO temperature" is a lowered set temperature
to which the rooms are to be heated when you are absent. In the case of heating systems that are slow to
respond, such as underfloor heating, it does not make sense to lower the temperature.
Heating curve rise
The heating curve must be adjusted if the rooms are too cold or too warm during certain seasons.
f Check the set times in the heating program.
Adjusting the heating curve
For example, if the rooms are too warm or too cold in cold outside temperatures, the heating curve must be adjusted.
Code 1 0 0 0 is required to adjust the heating curve.
Heating type
recommended setting
Underfloor heating
0.6
Radiator heating system 0.8
Problem
remedy
Room is too cold
Increase the heating curve by 0.1.
Room is too warm
Decrease the heating curve by 0.1.
f Wait 1 to 2 days due to inertia of the heating distribution system. Continue to adjust the heating curve as required.
Water is too cold / too warm. What should I do?
"MENU" key > "Settings" > "DHW" > "DHW temperatures"
Menu
Function
Comfort temperature
The "Comfort temperature" is preset and can be changed. Without a time program, the heat pump heats
the DHW to "Comfort temperature". The comfort temperature is the temperature to which the DHW is to be
heated when you need it (usually in the morning and evening). Note that this results in temperature strat-
ification in the DHW cylinder and that the DHW is mixed in the tap at the draw-off point. Recommended
setting: >50 °C
ECO temperature
The "ECO temperature" is used for the time programs. The "ECO temperature" is a lowered set temperature
to which the DHW is to be heated when you do not need it (usually during the day and at night).
f Check the set times in the DHW program.
Cooling: Rooms are too cold / too warm. What should I do?
Not every heat pump can cool. Refer to the "Information" chapter or ask your qualified contractor if your heating system can cool.
Do not change any values in the "Cooling" menu other than the values described.
"MENU" key > "Settings" > "Cooling" > "Cooling circuit x"
If several cooling circuits are installed in your system, refer to the table in the "Information" chapter or ask your qualified contractor
which heating circuit with cooling function the room belongs to.
Menu
Function
Set room temperature
The "Set room temperature" is the temperature to which the rooms are to be cooled.
