6. APPLICATION
6.1 Welding in electrode mode (MMA)
Ground Cable Connection – To weld, mount the ground cable Connector to the Negative (-) pole;
Electrode holder connection – the electrode must be connected to the electrode holder in positive (+) pole.
6.1.1 MMA welding process
•Fix the ground cable next to the part to be welded;
Turn on the equipment using the knob (2);
Adjust the potentiometer (2) according to the diameter of the electrode and the material to be welded. The current value will be shown on the
digital display (6);
Place the electrode in the electrode holder;
Position the electrode to the part to be welded and start work;
When the electrode is at 1cm to 2cm, replace it with a new one.
ATTENTION: During the welding process the electrodes reach high temperatures. Always wear suitable gloves to avoid burns.
