IMPORTANT
• Never turn on the equipment to 220 V of rated voltage if it is set to 127 V. Caution: risk of fi re;
• Keep the equipment disconnected from the power supply while changing the voltage. Adjust/change the rated voltage during the operation
of the equipment is prohibited!
Consideration about installation:
Before turning on the equipment, make sure the voltage (220 V), phase (single phase) and frequency (60Hz) of the power supply match the values
informed on the equipment and on Table 1. Do not forget to check if the power supply cable has a proper section to stand the input current
required by the equipment, as indicated in Table 1. The power supply must feature proper protection fuses and circuit brakers. It is recommended:
CIRCUIT BREAKER
In order to ground the equipment, connect the ground wire of the power cable to the grounding system installed in the workplace. Do not use
the neuter of the grid to make the grounding of the equipment. The proper grounding of the equipment prevents electric shocks!In operation, the
welding equipment may produce disturbances in the power supply to other users, depending on the conditions and connection points. Therefore,
check the proper dimensioning of the electric circuits and the power supply outlet before turning on the equipment.
Follow the instruction below in order to prevent risk of fi re, electric accidents or injuries to the personnel
involved in the activity.
