BEFORE FIRST USE
- Remove all packing materials.
- Before using for the first time, turn on the product with the highest and
hottest heat setting for several minutes. This will burn any remaining
waste. This process can generate a bit of smell and generate smoke, so it
must ensure good ventilation and should disappear after a few minutes of
use.
IMPORTANT! This should be the only time cooktop is turned on
OPERATION
- For the most efficient operation, the kitchen utensils used must have a
solid and uniform base, a diameter of approximately 15 cm to 17 cm and a
maximum capacity of 1L.
- Cookware with a base that's smaller than the diameter of the boiling ring
should not be used.
- Cookware, regardless of size, should not protrude beyond the boiling
edge or invade the area near the controls.
- Do not use utensils with convex, concave or uneven bottoms.
- Turn the temperature controls to achieve the desired temperature.
Note for ref. 07661: Both hot plates can be used at the same time. Be
careful to avoid scalds.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Turn off and unplug the appliance.
2. Clean the housing with a damp cloth.
3. Do not use scourers, abrasive and strong detergents. Do not immerse
the cooktop in any liquid.
4. Store the product in an environment where it is not exposed to mois-
ture, dust, direct sunlight or extremely high or low temperatures.
