For a more permanent sheiter_ buiid a structure that wili
enciose three sides and the top of the generator.
7. Hake sure entire muffleroside of generator is exposed_
as shown in Figure i0.
[MPORTANT:The generator must be at ieast 5 ft.
(i 52 cm) from structures having combustibie walis and/or
other combustibie materiais. Leave at ieast 3 ft. (92 cm) ali
around generator inciuding overhead_ for adequate cooling_
maintenance and servicing.
8. Face exposed end away from wind and elements.
9. Structure shouid hoid enough heat created by the
generator to prevent icing probiem.

CORD SET
The generator is equipped with a 25' generator adapter
cord set designed for a 240 Voit_ 30 Amp grounded neutrai
circuit (Figure i i).The generator adapter cord set provides
a convenient suppiy of emergency power into your dwelling
so that your generator can be operated safeiy outside.
The maximum load on each oudet is 20 Amps.The
maximum total load on both yellow wire oudets or both
black wire oudets is 30 Amps.
NOTE: Follow ail safety precautions when connecting any
extension cord or device to the generator,
