Before using the mixer
Ensure all fasteners are tightened
Read all safety messages
Position the mixer on a level surface
(Note: maximum operating slope
should not exceed 5 degrees) Before
filling the drum, make sure the mixer
can easily empty into a wheel
barrow.
A "Ground Fault Interrupter"
protected circuit is recommended for
all outdoor electrical devices!
Mixer motor is equipped with an
on/off switch and manual reset motor
protector. For location, see Figure 7.
Note: Reset button will not be
visible within plastic cover. It will
pop out if the motor trips.
In the event of overheating and your
motor shuts down, turn the on/off
switch to off and unplug the unit for
15 minutes. After the cooling period,
plug the unit in and press the Manual
Reset Thermal Protector button, then
turn the on/off switch to on.

Transporting the Mixer
1)
Turn mixer to off ("O") position,
disconnect power cord.
2)
Ensure drum is empty.
3)
Tilt drum to dump position.
4)
Facing rear of mixer, pick up mixer by
rear leg cross member.
5)
Move mixer to desired location. Be
careful not to raise rear leg cross
member too high as mixer will roll
backwards towards you.

Cement mix instructions
Note: Refer to mix instructions from the
cement manufacturer.
1)
Start the mixer using on/off switch.
2)
Add half the required amount of water.
3)
Add a small amount of aggregate.
4)
Add half the quantity of cement
5)
Add aggregate, cement and water until
desired consistency is obtained

Pre-Mixed Cement mix instructions
Note: Refer to mix instructions from pre-mix
manufacturer.
1)
Start the mixer using on/off switch.
2)
Add half the required amount of water.
3)
Slowly add pre-mixed cement and water
until desired consistency is reached.
4)
Dump the load gently to avoid spillage.
