Play in steps

Place the game board in front of you.
Examine the images. Then take the image
cards out of the board.

Place the image cards back in the board. Do
not forget to take the colours into account.

Check whether the image cards have been
placed back correctly.

Roll a dice. The colour on the dice
determines the colour of the image card
that you have to place back. When the
colour on the dice does not appear in
the puzzle, then the child may choose a
colour him or herself.
Say the colour on the image cards out
loud when placing them back in the
board.
Make the game simpler. Play the game
in pairs and discuss which image cards
should be placed where.
